The Global Phishing Survey shows that, during the first half of 2008, .INFO has the lowest phishing rate and the lowest average attack duration among the Internet’s generic top-level domains (gTLDs). The phishing rate is a standard measure of the number of detected phishing web sites for every 10,000 domains and indicates the level of use of a domain name for phishing. Attack duration measures the amount of time a fraudulent website remains online - the longer a phishing site stays online, the higher the ability to steal sensitive information from unsuspecting victims. .INFO’s attack durations were near the average among all gTLDs in the second half of 2007, so INFO is now even safer than it was in the past.

Introducing a search engine for Web2.0 domain name hacks. Hacks are names that incorporate the country code to spell a word. The best known domain hack of this type is del.icio.us but you will see from the domain.nr search engine that this is a growing trend.

Squidoo is a social networking web2.0 type site where users build pages (called Lenses) on various topics such as the ones listed here - anything from dogs to music to retro t-shirts.

Lenses are built using a variety of modules which can display text, photos from flickr, polls, affiliate products, rss feeds and much more allowing for a wide variety of content rich pages.

Revenue generated from ads and affiliate sales is split with users (known as Lensmasters) or may be donated to charities.
