The following are the terms and conditions under which we are willing to carry out business transactions with our customers and clients to ensure a smooth and secure transaction for both parties.
1. All monies quoted are in US$ and all transactions will be carried out in US$.
2. The customer/client purchasing a domain or website will be required to have an existing user account with the registrar where the domain is currently held. If the customer/client does not already have such then they must register an account for us to transfer the name to within 2 business days of the sale being agreed. Presently all domains are with either GoDaddy.com or Name.com. The .ca domains are at Domainsatcost.ca and Sibername.com. All of these registrars provide free accounts.
3. No domain shall be transferred until cleared funds have been placed in either our Paypal account or at the escrow service Escrow.com.
4. For a purchase of under $500, payment will be accepted via PayPal.
5. For a purchase of $500 or more payment will be made via the escrow service Escrow.com.
6. All payments via PayPal are to be made in full within 48 hours of an agreement of a sale.
7. All payments via the escrow service Escrow.com must be made in full within 3 working days of an agreement of a sale.
8. Escrow fees charged by Escrow.com will be shared by both the buyer and seller on a ‘50/50′ basis, except where it has been agreed that a transaction for a domain name under $500 will be handled by Escrow.com at the customers/clients request. In such a case the customer/client will be liable for all Escrow.com fees charged.
9. Full and accurate registration details of the customer/client must be given at the time of payment. This will allow transfer of the domain into their account in a timely fashion, generally 24-48 hours after payment is verified.
10. If any clarification or alteration to the above Terms and Conditions is required by a prospective purchaser then such agreement to modification/s must be obtained in writing prior to making an offer of purchase of any domain name/s.
